How Does UChoose Rewards Work?
This program is based on giving you millions of reward choices such as gift cards, appliances, electronics and CASH BACK for the points you earn. Simply use your U Choose Rewards VISA and/or Debit Card at gas stations, supermarkets, stores, and anywhere else. When you shop and SIGN for your purchases, you earn more and get rewarded. For example:
- Earn 1 Point for every $2 you spend on Debit Card signature purchases
- Earn 1 Point for every $1 you spend on VISA Credit Card purchases
- Earn additional points by opening select new loan accounts and using other OMEGA FCU services.

UChoose Rewards Program Frequently Asked Questions
- I already have a debit card; do I need a new card? YES, you will need a new card. Please contact our office at 412-369-3800. Once you receive your new Rewards Debit Card, you must register the new card at www.uchooserewards.com to start earning points.
- When I use my debit card, do I select PIN or Credit? Only purchases made using the credit or signature option qualify for points. PIN based transactions DO NOT qualify for points.
- I have a VISA credit card; do I need a new card? NO, you do not need a new card, but to start earning points you must register your VISA card at www.uchooserewards.com.
- What are the minimum points I need to earn rewards? Once you earn at least 1500 points, you may start redeeming them for rewards.
- How do I get Cash Back? To maximize cash back options, members with both Debit and VISA credit cards should register their Debit Card first when registering the cards at www.uchooserewards.com. If not, the cash back option will be limited to a credit on your VISA card only.
- How do I link Debit and VISA Rewards card point earning for family members to earn more points? You will register all cards under one single family member’s UChoose Rewards account at www.uchooserewards.com.
- Will my points expire? Your points expire 5 years after being earned and posted to your rewards account.
- Where can I get additional information? Please contact our office at 412-369-3800 or go to our website at www.omega.quandarymat.com to view the rules and restrictions of the rewards program.
* Product Qualifications: There is no monthly service charge for UChoose Visa Credit Card members. However, UChoose Rewards DEBIT Card members must meet ONE of the following criteria to avoid a monthly service charge of $5.00:
- Member must have at least 6 point of sale signature UChoose Debit Card Transactions per month.
- Members must have direct deposit of at least $50 per deposit.
- Member must have a combined share and loan balance of at least $10,000.00
*APR= Annual Percentage Rate. Your VISA card standard variable APR is based on Prime Rate plus a margin which is determined by your credit worthiness. Balance transfer amounts may not exceed your credit limit. OMEGA FCU loans are not eligible for promotional balance transfer rate. Rate is subject to change without notice. All approvals are subject to normal underwriting guidelines. 1.99% APR balance transfer rate will revert to your standard variable rate after 11 billing cycles.
