OMEGA Federal Credit Union is committed to providing its members with the highest level of service and security. In keeping with this objective, it is important to ensure accurate delivery of notices, statements and other correspondence. The USPS WILL NOT forward mail from a financial institution- even if you fill out a general mail forwarding card. Completing an address change with OMEGA FCU is the ONLY way to ensure you will receive our correspondence and avoid having a $5 quarterly fee imposed on your account for a bad address.

Address changes must be done in writing, and we require a valid signature. Please Click Here to print the form and mail it, fax it, or scan and email it as detailed below. You may also bring it to any of our branches.
